For primary data i opted convenience sampling through Google forms, what is appropriate sample size and statistical tool for analysis. Now i send the questionnaire to 60 people as pilot study.
Such studies on loyalty in online stores have already been done. What new can you add by your proposed research?
Also convenience sampling is a bad method here - you need to find out Flipkart customers and work out loyalty parameters to really do justice to your research. Convenience sampling will only give you the illusion of doing research.

Dont go for convenient sampling..If you want to apply statistical tests then for probability sampling techniques . First collect secondary data on users of flipkart . if your survey covers larger area then go for multistage sampling for eg.. first stage cluster sampling then simple random sampling and last level systematic sampling
