When I ran the cox regression, it didnt even write the name of the variables. Instead, it wrote: x1,x2,x3,x4,x5......
Also, the factor variables with more than one level, the cox regression didnt give me HR, and P value for each level (as you would expect). Instead, it gave a HR and P vlaue for the whole factor variable (as if it treated it as continuous variable)
