During the pandemic of covid 19 in Iraq, we faced many patients presented with A typical features of renal colic, but without lab or ultrasonic evidences. Some patients presented with elevated BUN.
Did you faced such A cases? And do you have explinations for these presentation that could be Covid nephritis?
Dear Serdar Kalemci thank you for sharing this link. At the early time of covid pandemic we just suspect patients with loin pain without supporting investigations, but when we ask the patients to test for covid they escape, so that they will not admitted to quarantine.
