Self-quarantine involves staying at home for 14 days and avoiding contact with other people or animals. This means not going to work, taking public transport, running errands or having visitors stop by your home.
SARS stands for Sudden Acute Respiratory Syndrome and COVID-19 is a combined virus, as follows: SARS + COVID-2. COVID-2 refers to the 2002 corona virus outbreak. COVID-19 is traceable to RNA (ribonucleic acid), which, along with DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), is a basic building block of the human genome. I am sorry but I do not know the environmental chemistry, population genetics, ethnicity or any other factor for N. Italy. Here in America, Detroit, a highly industrialized urban metropolis, is currently one of the epicenters, along with New York City (high density biggest city population of 9 million) and Louisiana, which celebrated Mardi Gras the same as usual with a big parade amid crowds packed together in masses of thousands, ignoring Pres. Trump's social distancing policy announcement. COVID-19 is subject to scientific principles and truths, but people are "only human."
Thanks for the information. The corona virus (COVID-19) article in China from WHO is very useful for overcoming the spread of the corana virus (COVID -19) in Indonesia
Dear researchers have a nice Sunday. My question regard the nature of Lombardia (N. Italy) Coronavirus: its death rate is not compatible with COVID19 but with SARS. WHY??? >> see data >> https://www.researchgate.net/post/The_novel_Coronavirus_in_N_Italy_Lombardia_COVID19_2019nCoV_SARSCoV2_shows_a_fatality_rate_compatible_with_SARS_Why
it would depend on the virus strain, if it is S (low fatality) or L (most deadly)
or If mutate the virus, it depends if the population of Italy in greater proportion are over 60 years old with comorbidities such as asthma diabetes hypertension COPD and smoking cigarettes.

These recommendations apply to young adults with no medical conditions. If you have medical conditions or any concerns it is best to speak to your doctor for specific advice. This is particularly important if you have a pre-existing lung condition or are taking immunosuppressant medications.
Prepare for a nasty chest infection.
Things you have to hand
• face tissues,
• Acetaminophen; for a fever over 38°c, take acetaminophen rather than Ibuprofen.
• Generic, cough medicine to thin mucus (check the label make sure that it does not contain paracetamol; otherwise you could double dose and get side effects)
• vaporub for your chest is also a great suggestion.
• humidifier would be useful; however, turning on a hot shower and breathing in the steam in the bathroom may also help.
• Food: soups are ideal
• Drink: stay well hydrated, water is fine
• Rest and do not leave your house. You could be infectious for fourteen days. Avoid elderly people and those with pre-existing health conditions.
• Wear gloves and a mask to avoid transmitting the infection
• If you do not live alone. Isolate yourself in your bedroom. Ask those you live with to leave things outside to avoid contact.
• Wash your bed linen and clothes frequently. Clean your bathroom with sanitisers.
The vast majority of Covid-19 cases in healthy adults can manage at home with rest, hydration, acetaminophen, cough medicine. Go to hospital if you are having trouble breathing or your fever is very high (over 39°C) and not settling with acetaminophen and cooling with ice packs or if you are worried, in distress or feel your symptoms are getting worse
There are four common types of Coronaviruse in humans: 229E(alpha),NL63(alpha),OC43(beta) and HKU1(beta). There are others that are less common such as MERS-CoV,a beta virus that causes middle East respiratory syndrome. SARS-CoV,a beta virus that causes severe acute respiratory syndrome and SARS-CoV-2, which causes covid19
First, if you live with a family, you should stay away from children and the elderly in the first degree, and be in a well-ventilated room and take foods that strengthen immunity to overcome the disease and not make it worse and isolate all special tools even food items because they may cause infection to others and this is at least for 14 days.
