We all know that a society will stagnate without an innovation in our education. So, I want to know certain effective ways to improve the quality of higher education from my all RG colleagues.

The quality of higher education in India can be improved by adopting the following measures:
- Teachers to student ratio needs to be improved.
- Teachers needs to be recruited through rigorous process.
- Teachers must be paid better to attract the best brains in the field of teaching.
- Students should also be included in performance assessment of the teachers.
- Theoretical knowledge must be accompanied by practical experience.
- Need based job oriented courses must be given priority.
- Greater share of government's budget should go to universities.
- Privatization of education needs to discouraged.

There are many ways effective to raise the quality of higher education and some of them included as follows:
-Skill and quality of teachers.
-Communication is one of the important factor in improving the higher education efficiency and productivity to generate good relationship between teachers and students during discussion.
What is needed? New technologies to get learners up to speed Communication is the most important factor in improving the higher education efficiency and productivity. Without communication a student and teacher relationship will be hampered and student will not gain freedom.. Interactive learning and teaching The next generation educational institutions should incorporate new curriculum design and delivery. Using digital technologies will push the boundaries of education.
We created our School of Talents and Wellness to complement traditional cognitive education with participatory learning that develops awareness, self leadership, empathy, teamwork, cocreation, innovative skills and values driven entrepreneurship. We have not created a seperate institution but a cooperative service that ventures with high schools and universities. To trigger these skills we connect content specific educated knowledge with the UN millenium challenges as well as the sustainocratic core human values. Cognitive skills and theory hence become purpose driven and meaningful.
In a single word: alignment!
critically analyse what is said to be the intended outcome and then align the assessment so that it measures exactly achievement of that outcome.
There are many stakeholders in higher education: students, firms, public authorities, society, teachers, researchers... It could be interesting to identify these stakeholders in each case. They do not necessarily have the same criteria to characterize performance and quality. This first step could help to define the measurement of quality and then to choose the effective way to improve performance.
