Could you recommend sources on epistatic patterns in QTL mapping experiments, and the underlying molecular explanations of those patterns?

I've only been able to find a few good clear papers (Carlborg O, Brockmann GA, Haley CS. (2005) and Lehner B. (2011) ). I'm interested in developing some educational materials to help students understand what epistasis can tell you about the underlying pathways. Thanks much for any suggestions!
