I have used Miltenyi kits (both regular and UltraPure) and StemCell's kit. I compared them on cell suspensions obtained from fetal liver samples (not bone marrow, but I imagine they work well for isolation from different sources of tissue). I found the viability and purity to be similar (Miltenyi's UltraPure is better than their regular kit, but a little more expensive). Both companies' kits are of the positive selection variety and use magnetic beads. Miltenyi's kits require that you purchase columns for use with a magnetic rack (or in the AutoMACS machine, if you have access to one of those). StemCell's kit does not require a column, just a strong magnet in which you place your tube (and the size of which is dependent on your starting sample size).
The output of the StemCell kit was slightly higher yield/purity in my tests (surprisingly, as I thought Miltenyi's column would help with purity). When I use the StemCell kit, I prefer using the "Big Easy" magnets (each holding a 15ml tube) as opposed to their "Easy 50" magnet (which holds a 50ml tube, but requires you pipette up the negative fraction as opposed to pouring it off). I also use StemCell's SFEM II media and supplements (in lesser concentration than recommended) to culture my cells. I don't have a physiologic ("hypoxic") oxygen incubator, but if you do, use it for culturing.
TL;DR - I can recommend both StemCell and Miltenyi kits for your needs. I have not tried Dynabeads™.
