I am working on building a portal on neurosciences resources/tools and will be happy to share the link with this group once finished. Thanks for your help!
You should take a look at The Neuroscience Information Framework (http://neuinfo.org/). It is a very extensive database covering almost all of the resources that may be required by the neuroscience researchers.
GENESIS : (General Neural Simulation System), NEURON : Collection of structurl and functional data
ICBM: International Consortium for Brain Mapping, SPM: (Statistical Parametric Mapping) software package has been designed for the analysis of brain imaging data sequences, NeuronDB, fMRI: functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, PET: Positron Emission tomography ,BrainMap etc

You should check out Ingenuity (www.ingenuity.com). They have different solutions depending on your research. Here is a link to some of their neuroscience papers: http://bit.ly/yxejY9
They have a new tool called iReport and data previews are free http://www.ingenuity.com/getireport/index.html
