I'm looking for a suitable innovative hot embossing machine for research and development with heated and cooling platens. The materials used are PMMA, PC, PS. The application is in the field of microfluidics, development of micro-fluidic devices for biological objects as single-cells transportation, positioning, orientation, feeding.

Thank you for your reply. I've selected Carver Auto press 3889 with heating and cooling platens too. I'm afraid that the power supply is 230V but in Europe I need 220V or 380V.
There shouldn't be a problem running the press on 220V if it's rated for 230V. There is a relatively wide tolerance to that specification. The most likely consequence of a slight under voltage is that you won't be able to reach the maximum temperature in the specifications. For the standard 230V 6x6 platens, they state 650oF. It's not likely that you'll need to reach that temperature, but they do offer a custom high temp option if you need higher temperatures than the standard platen offers.
