Minute details will be very much of my interest. Also, conidial germination time along with details of growth media, amount of plasmid DNA and other electroporation parameters will be of much help. Is there any way to store the electrocompetent conidia for repeated use in electroporation?

Please check out this paper. This is the fungus you mentioned and they were using electroporation for its genetic transformation. Check out its materials and methods. You can even contact the authors for the detail lab protocols, which might have not mentioned in the paper.
