I am interested in conducting research that links knowledge transfer and outdoor science in the school context. I would like you to suggest appropriate literature and avenues for future research.
I prefer to work with knowledge sharing instead of knowledge transfer.
In many cases thay are considered sinonims, but some author make a difference: transfer as a one-way process and sharing as a two-way, where the involved parts construct new knowledge together.
I like the perspective of knowledge sharing as two processes: collection and donation. This work from Van den Hooff & De Ridder (2004) develops the idea:
Van den Hooff, B., & De Ridder, J. A. (2004). Knowledge sharing in context: the influence of organizational commitment, communication climate and CMC use on knowledge sharing. Journal of knowledge management, 8(6), 117-130.
