Please find enclosed the attachment.

This is may be due to the behavior of sand in the dynamic loading and specifically in the high strain loading (Earthquake loading). This can be attributed to the reduction in the effective stresses and the great loose in the particle interlocking which cause the pore water pressure to be of high value.
