There are strict roles to grow up fish in cages; the most important one is the space and should be more relax for fish to move easily . Compacting those fishes might reduce its ability and fastened the spread of disease into the cage.

Secondly, we have quite sudden winter and we have never seen like thise drop in water temperture change in October, its dropped up to 12 and far more seemingly considered a severe drop in which fishes might have not been tolerated such decreases.

Thirdly, as the incident has occurred firstly in Al Tarmia North Baghdad, and as has been reported that some fishers brought some fishes from the contaminated area to the Babylon city and particularly in the Almussiab city which has the highest number of death.

I agree with you that there might be conflict causes for this incident but no certian information has been considered. For me , I saw only fishes as I live quite near to river.

If others animals have been dead then the reason is more likely a chemical stuff either came from the electric station or to some mysterious hands behinds.
