Could you help me with this error related to Silvaco Mixed mode?

Dear all,

I'm using Mixed Mode simulation for TFET inverter in Silvaco. When I run my code in run time out put it shows this error: Could not open master file and then there are some windows pop up: permission denied in Tonyplot. I want to know how to fix this problem.
