Hello everyone, this is the first time for me to apply for an English periodical, and I have received the following feedback. What is the meaning of this? I can change the reference and continue to submit, or my article is not suitable for the journal
It appears that they are asking for two things. First, they want you to include a statement about "practical applications," which could probably be a subsection in your Discussions.
Second, they want you reduce the number of references that you cite, and fix the errors in you citations.
In addition, you should be sure that your paper follows the outline ("structure") that they list.
1- The structure of your paper should contain the sections mentioned in the editors' comments.
2- The sections should be written in the order mentioned.
3- Revise the references section to correct the mistakes as per the style used.

Your article is not rejected. You should work more on its structure, provide a deeper analysis of the problem in question and revise your references.
