The purpose of this publication is to demonstrate that there may be a relativistic explanation for Hawking radiation. Presented this way, it does not look exceptional, but it would require that a quantity of energy in the form of light would correspond to a specific deformation of the Space-Time. The explanation in question consists of an extension of the Bardeen-Petterson Effect, a fairly simple and verifiable application of the Lense-Thirring Effect. We will call this phenomenon, at the origin of the generation of black hole radiation, the Atropic Effect, named after one of the moirs of Greek mythology: Atropos ("the inevitable").

After reading your paper, I suggest that both the concept and the math would be easier to prove if you focussed, initially at least, on neutron stars, where a very similar phenomenon exists.
There are a significant number of neutron stars well recorded in the literature, with well known mass estimates, spin rates and corresponding plume radiation signatures - which vary from gamma all the way down to deep infra-red. Information on these is readily obtainable.
Should there be a provable correlation between (mass and spin) vs plume radiation wavelength then your proposal with respect to black holes would carry much greater merit.

Indeed, I am trying to see if we can extend this principle to neutron stars. But it's a little more complex to tell the truth. So I do not know yet to what extent and in what way this principle would be applicable, but I am working on it.
Also, the wavelengths of the radiations would depend on the mass and the speed of rotation of the singularity. The problem is that, although the speed of rotation of the accretion disk can be easily determined today, it is not the same for the rotational average speed of the "heart" of the singularity. In order to determine it, it would be necessary to measure in an almost exact way the combination of the "stretches" of space-time around the black hole. This data collected, it will be, you are right, easy to check the predictions. However, to do this is still to be done, but we will get there soon, I think.
