Online conferences lack credibility, scientific rigor and seriousness compared to real scientific conferences.

Following. I am yet to participate in an online conference but the pros would include:
Being cheaper (No food, accomodation and travel costs),
Safer (No risks of traveling)
Even if an online conference is cheaper, I prefer the real conference.
I agree with my colleagues, the real conference is better than online conference. However, the money required for the traveling to the conference represents an important obstacle.

I agree with everyone else: the experience of a real conference is better that an online one. In the real conference you can connect better to the speaker, make connections, change ideas and you have room for unpredictable events. An online conference can be interactive or not, things are more directed, more controlled.
For small things you can have some online meetings, discussions but when it comes to a big presentation in a conference this should be face to face. Human interaction is very important, and now more than ever needs to be enforced this.
This like comparing real intelligence to artificial intelligence!
You are physically present for the real conference where you get to people colleagues in the same filed to interact and learn more from one to one interactions and also form collaborations. But this is not possible in others
