Could we use DMEM-F12 supplemented with hydrocortisone, EGF, insulin for cornification step of 3D skin model?

For the cornification stage of the 3D skin model, keratiocyte serum free medium is normally recommended, but I have DMEM-F12 medium that I can use by adding hydrocortisone, EGF, and insulin.
