All I know is that Stem cells are undifferentiated cells which can transform to any and all specific type of our body cells.I either know that we could cure some kind of diseases like paralysis.When someone's spinal cord is being damaged, those damaged cells could be replaced with stem cells that applied to the point where the damage is, and then trigger them to turn into cells, to replace the damage cells. 

But my main question is, if it's possible to cure the brain it self directly by stem cells? For example if it's possible to cure the posterior blindness as effect of physical injury in visual cortex?

Please share your thoughts with me about possibility of this concept?
