Is it possible to afirm that psychopaths have more tendency to be aggressive with their parents? It might be a base for add it on Dr Hare questionaire PCR?
In my experience administering the PCL-R, harming relatives, particularly close relatives, (and not feeling bad about it) is evidence towards callousness/lack of empathy. Obviously empirical study is important to answer any question whether individuals with psychopathic traits have a greater tendency to harm their parents than others, but in terms of it being a part of the PCL-R, it is an element of history to consider during clinical interview.
