Aslam alikom, according to Horton's law of stream length which states that the mean stream length (MSL) of each of the consecutive orders of a basin tend to approximate a direct geometric series with stream length increasing towards higher order of streams; and give rise to the positive correlation between the mean stream length and the stream orders, but what if this relation is negative as in my case study where I've a negative relation between the resulted (MSL) and the stream orders, which doesn't approve the Horton's Law, so could you please help to find any interpretations for such a thing? I'd be appreciated.
