I devised several versions  of  such scales based on ratings of 300 trait names in Polish, published in Abele & Wojciszke  (2007) paper and my 2010 book. I attach the best result - a 21 items questionnaire measuring 3 dimensions - morality,  sociability (warmth) and competence - it regularly yields a three-factorial solution and 3  scales of  high reliability (alpha > .80).  Of  course you can drop the sociability scle  if not needed.

I think the most popular option is the celebrities influence measure. There is a scale with three factors: attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise. We used to apply it. It is old but works good.

You may use it completely or just a part of it: expertise is, probably, what are you looking for.

Look also which newest papers refer to this papers in order to find newer and more interesting measures.

Additionally, you have to be very clear about "competence". This concept is pretty abstract and it could happen that you meant not the expertise, but something else like skills, knowledge, emotional intelligence, etc. 

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with measures for morality.

I used a scenario to measure behavioral intentions to moral/immoral actions, but the context of the study was rather narrow and I suppose it wouldn't be useful for you.

We build some measures based on Ajzens'  approach and planned behavior theory-or we used the one which was ready -it is shown in the article on my site on Research Gate-here we checked students' intentions to cheat.

Most of the tools I mentioned in my previous answer are not the method you exactly need ( I haven't heard of such one) - using some created scenarios is the most popular method of checking morality/ moral attitudes

So I may imagine you could build your own method based on the picture or series of pictures + story or questions asked below.

Mentioned above might be helpful in creating this.

I can also recommend the DIT /Defining Issues test, Rest 1984/ as colleague Agata Ewa from Katowice for measuring moral judgment. DIT consists of 6 moral dilemmas and Heinz is most familiar between them. It's important to know that you can use this test in adults or students samples, aged minimum 16 years. In my experience this test is not easy for participants because of complex claims following the dilemmas which are intended to represent some level of moral development according to Kohlberg's theory. From my point of view, it is good enough only to measure stages 3, 4 and post-conventional level of morality.

Maybe is better for your purposes to check the instrument that is recommended by Witold Orlik.

If I understand it correctly, you do not want to measure morality (type, level, foundation, etc.) of the respondent but rather the morality (but how are you defining this?) attributed to an unknown person on the basis of certain cues.  The Leach et al. study mentioned by Oleksandr Horchak could be useful.  Or you could simply use a semantic differential-type instrument, or even more simply, ask the respondent to rate the target on a single item in that format:  moral - - - - - - - immoral.

For competence, the Fiske, Cuddy et al. approach mentioned above is probably appropriate.

I am agree with Diane Sunar but I shared the information about DIT in order to give the opportunity to think about. I am also looking for a long time for another instrument to measure morality. So it's a good idea to use a semantic differential-type instrument.

In my opinion the best solution is to use Bogdan Wojciszke's questionnaire 21. I would like to thanks to prof. B.W. who share with us such a good instrument!

And a few words more ... I spent a few days in Warsaw in 2008 and participated in 2nd Biennial Symposium on Personality and Social Psychology: Personality, Cognition, and Emotion. I had good memories of those days because I met some colleagues from Warsaw School of Social Sciences.

I plan to examine negative consequences for image of users of 1) cross-gender extension of brands (eg. men using women's products of brands such as L'Oreal); and 2) counterfeit luxury brands (eg. Dolce & Banana instead of Dolce & Gabbana). I am interested how others perceive users of those brands and what characteristics they attribute to them.

For now, I plan to conduct online exploratory studies. Based on your answers I chose the following tools: Physical Attractiveness scale (Ohanian, 1990); Competence scale; Morality scale, Sociability scale (Abele, Wojciszke, 2007) and I probably will take into account scales to assess Specific Interpersonal Trust (Johnson-George, Swap, 1982):

I realize that trust is part of the morality scale, but because of the purposes of the planned research it seems to me important to distinguish morality from trust and consider various aspects of trust (emotional confidence, reliableness)
