I have an 18-month data set of sea infestations at 4 different sites. I have prevalence values for each site per month. I have analyzed this data, one month at a time, using Fisher's exact test, where the null hypothesis would be "the proportion of fish infected by sea lice is the same at all locations (the 4 sites) for x month (July, August, etc)." I have 272 fish each month and therefore feel that this is the most appropriate test (
