Cities' paradiplomacy is a well known global phenomenon in international relations developed by local governments that has been benefited by globalization, descentralization and regional integration. Many local public policies have been difused and transfered thorugh that, both bilaterally and multilaterally, the later by cities's networks. Are there specfic actions though cities' paradiplomacy that could contribute to prevent/combat Corona-virus (Covid-19)? If yes, how then?
It's been seen, especially in Asia, that due to sister cities agreements in some countries, some cities have provided each other health supplies such as facial masks and sanitizers ( https://duckofminerva.com/2020/04/paradiplomacy-pandemics.html ). I'm looking for more cases like this and soon they are going to be collected and posted in the website https://www.idef-ufpb.com/ , in the Covid-19 edition we are working on.
