I got the mouse tibia and femur tissue harvested, fixed with formalin 48h and decalcified with 14% EDTA 72h before paraffin embedding. This protocol works well for both HE and IHC. Now, for the confliction of using tissue processor, I had to wait after decalcification. I want to know if it is still OK if I save decalcified bone in 70% EtOH several days before I embed them with paraffin. Thanks for your advice.
