I am currently working on the benchmarking of the tools and programs developed for handling biological data, I have used R-programming wherein I used Profvis for the R based tools. However, there are numerous tools that have been developed in python, I am intending to profile them as well. I request professionals to kindly suggest me the better way to chalk out my work.
