Me and my team are looking for a perfusion chamber in order to study
insulin secretion in vitro from pancreatic islets. I can't find this
product anywhere,it's composed of a small plastic chamber whit a filter
support inside. Do you know something similar? Thank You
Wolfgang Schechinger No, I mean an instrument suitable for perfusion test that contains a filter to put the pancreatic islets on; perfusion solution (rich in glucose) flows through this perfusion chamber and the islets produce insulin. Then I can collect the perfusate (with the insuline inside) at different times.

You could try to construct one yourself: grow the islets on syringe filters and use a syringe pump or a perfusor to pump the medium through it.
There is a company named Harvard Apparatus which should carry what you are looking for. Otherwise, you might source an old perfusor from a hospital or a syringe pump (OEM: Cavro).
Sometimes, there are good occasions on eBay. If you need a manual how to program them (all you need is a computer, a terminal program and a USB-to-serial converter), drop me a note.
