thank you, but i was interested in Al NP synthesis, not ZnO NP synthesis, as seems to be the case in your paper.

synthesis of metallic NP can be done by various methods available in literature. But I recommend chemical reduction techniques for your work since it gives metallic nanoparticles from their salts. For Al NP synthesis, you can try electrochemical reduction methods or chemical reduction methods by using suitable reducing agents

You can use controlled heating rate (slow heating rate) it may help in making NP
