This low energy mode may be an impurity? Any chance it's stray room light from getting into the spectrometer? Ensure the sample collection area is blacked off.

See attached paper which shows spectra, but not below ~ 125 cm-1; Also see assignments. No mention indeed of your mysterious 114 cm-1 peak.

Thanks for your response@ John Clarkson, I couldn't find any impurity in the detectable limits of XRD. But in literature, it has reported (Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials 58 (1986) 91-96) that there is a peak around 114 cm-1 in HoCrO3 compound. Please find the image.
