You may try Biomymesis, 96 well plate with a hydrogel in each well. Cells are simply seeded on top of the hydrogel using the cell culture media of your choice. Incubation is carried out in normal conditions and cells can be retrieved easily by gentle enzyme degradation.

Many thanks Andrien, I would appreciate that if you could provide me a protocol for the cell harvesting after incubation in 3D culture medium. Are we able to do functional or molecular assays afterward? especially to test cell viability, proliferation state, Flowcytometry immunophenotyping and others.....cheers. Mazin
