Thank you sir, i have tried PXRD but the pattern obtained is diffused that is for the whole powder system. I tried DSC and confirmed the presence of cocrystals. For solubility, the system shows absorption maxima at a different wavelength thus making separation inevitable for detection.
You could also try IR to determine if there is some interaction of the expected synthon. If there is some interaction (even incomplete conversion) you should be able to see it in the IR spectra. The attached reference uses IR as one of the characterisation techniques
