what i feel is still you can do all the testing(as mentioned in the link you gave) with small funnel in the range of capillary tubes size(shoul be tailor made from glass blowing section) (for angle of repose), and Small calibrated capillary tubes( i think NMR tubes will work out....you can manually paste a calibration scale on it) .....dont know the impact......give a try ....!
(possible do a expt with larger volume powder both in conventional and small glasswares and check the results .. hope it will work out.)
Hi, thanks, actually i have tried doing the measurements using 10 ml cylinder for density measurements, but no literature mentions of these. So i would like to know how can we validate and authenticate the results for publication process?
You can validate the experiment by doing the experiment with different granules (having angle of repose degrees from lower to higher) in both the smaller setup and higher one. But here we have to consider the particle size range of standard granules which should be more or less similar to the sample to be tested. i think there was no literature about smaller setup. if you find anything, pls let me know....thank you ..!
