Hi Sayeed Shahriyar, it depends on a few factors? Firstly, are your tissue cultured orchids epiphytic or the terrestrial ones? Secondly, are your orchids C3 or CAM orchids? Lastly, were your orchids grown in sugar (heterotrophic mode of nutrition) or mixotrophic or sugar-free (photoautrophic) medium? The key environmental conditions are cool conditions (18-24 C), relatively low light (PAR not exceeding 400 umol m-s2 s-1) and high humidity.

From our past experiences, the whole process of acclimation should not exceed one month? More interestingly, if you can provide a source of elevated CO2 (ie, CO2 enrichment) during the transplanting process, the young orchid plantlets or seedlings will do remarkably well, with minimal mortality over 2 weeks.
