The F-statistic of degrees of freedom u and v is the ratio of two chi-square variables inversely weighted by their degrees of freedoms u and v respectively.

Here's the simple answer: Take the observed chi-square value and evaluate it as an F-statistic with (chi_df, 10000) degrees of freedom. Technically, it would be (chi_df, inifinity) df, but 10000 should give very close approximation to correct result.
