I want to analyze some microbiological data, but I only have 3 repetitions.
1. I don't think I can apply a Shapiro-Wilk test with robustness because the sample size is small. Is it true?
2. Normally when you do not have normal data, you do a conversion. In the case of microbiology, usually CFU concentration is converted to log CFU concentration. Does this also give normality or is it only to "understand" or be able to better represent the data
Thanks
