Please, I am just wondering if there is any link between HA unit and PFU in terms of conversion. Can we convert HA Unit of the virus to PFU, any idea?.
Secondly, what is the right diameter in mm of (1) 0.22-micrometer filter and (2) 0.45-micrometer filter that needs to be used when filtering purified Newcastle disease virus (NDV)?. And which membrane to choose among the following membranes: Nylon, PTFE (hydrophobic) and PES.

That depends on your virus strain and if it is virulent or not? However, One HA UNIT determined as 4–6 × 10E3 pfu. best
