please i want to know how can change the contribution level to show the contours plots. so in my example I found by the 2D QSAR that the hydrophobic group is favorable to the activity which is confirmed by Docking and 3D-QSAR (hydrophobic fields selected to construct the model). but the problem is that when I display the hydrophobic contours with the following contributions: 80% favorable and 20% unfavorable in this case large unfavorable contours were displayed on the hydrophobic radicals which is contradictory with my data (the most active molecules have hydrophobic groupes, confirmed by docking and 2D-QSAR). but on the contrary when I change the level of contribution (20% favorable and 80% unfavorable) I find the opposite exactly, favorable large contours appears on the hydrophobic group which is in agreement with the other results.

my question: what can I rely on to choose contribution levels?

is it valid to choose 20% favorable and 80% unfavorable?

are there any references?
