Please share your experience regarding continuous and change-over animal feeding trials. Through literature survey, I find that both have equal importance and shows to have certain advantages and disadvantages over each other.
What is your opinion?
Answers will be conditional on How many animals; animal attributes (breed, age, lwt, zero-grazing or grasing etc; How many Treatments (what kind, quality of feed, any covariates; How many experiment periods...and so on

I have to add that change over design new few animals and you can event use i.e. the incomplete latin change over to do the experiment in less time, but if you need to eveluate daily gain it is not the right design. see the problem or hypothesis, also the objective of your research to decide what better fit to you. sincerely,
