Bonjour,

Je réalise un DSCG en alternance dans une société d’assurance vie, cette dernière a mis en place une démarche Lean. Mon objectif est de comparer au sein du service comptable et financier les équipes qui ont toutes mis en place cette démarche, afin d’étudier les conditions de pérennisation d’une démarche Lean dans le secteur comptable et financier.

A cette occasion les sujets suivants m’intéressent :

- les principes et outils du lean management ;

- l’application du lean management selon les secteurs (industriel, services…) ;

- et bien sûr les conditions de pérennisation d’une démarche Lean.

Good morning,

I am doing a DSCG on a work-study program in a life insurance company, this company has implemented a Lean approach. My objective is to compare within the accounting and financial department the teams that have all implemented this approach, in order to study the conditions for the sustainability of a Lean approach in the accounting and financial sector.

On this occasion the following subjects interest me:

- the principles and tools of lean management ;

- the application of lean management according to the sectors (industrial, services...) ;

- and of course the conditions for the sustainability of a Lean approach.
