I am new at COMSOL.
I need to simulate a cooking pot boiling water
And can I limit the temperature of water not to over 373K? Cause it goes over the boiling temperature when I test.

To properly describe boiling your simulation should involve a vapour-liquid interface. You can then impose the boundary conditions at this interface which describe mass and heat transfer taking place by boiling.
