Is anyone aware of how to add global equations into COMSOL?

Currently, I am trying to add the Doppler equation into COMSOL through the RF module in order to model a microwave flow meter based on the Doppler effect.

I have tried to add the diffusion term to the equation predefined in the Comsol, but I am not very sure whether it could be applied to work for your problem. Could you give a more preciese description to your question?
