Does anyone know of a resource or publication cataloging all known Rv0678 mutations in M. tuberculosis? Any guidance on accessing mutation data or tools for curating such a list would be greatly appreciated.

List of those mutants you might get from internet. Those mutants have effects on mmpl 5 efflux pathways resulting in resistance to certain anti-TB drugs.
