Compatible surfactants for Insect protein preparation for LCMS/MS analysis ?

Hi. Curently i am doing a proteomic research on insect (Coleoptera) I've tried several extraction method and I've discovered that TCA-acetone precipitation method are the most suitable for my insect tissue. Before this I used (8M Urea+ 2M Thiourea +4% CHAPS) mixture for my rehydrations buffer. I manage to get high yield of protein concentration but it is only suitable for 2D gel analysis and when i send it for LCMS/MS analysis it caused a problem to the C18 column because the present of CHAPS in it. Currently I'am trying to find a compatible surfactants for lcms analysis. I tried using 80% Acetonitrile but it reduce my protein concentration to almost 60% than before. Any suggestion ?
