Hello All,

I did two growth curves of two different strains of X virus with the same concentration. I collected supernatants after each 24 hours timepoint. Then did plaque assay to have their titers at each time points. However, I got no significantly different titer of those strains except at 2 post-infection. The difference, at dpi 2, between the strains was below 1 log scale. Can I say that the viral strains replicated statistically differently?
