Compare Affy & Illumina arrays for detecting CNVs?

Recently, we needed to detect CNVs for a couple of cancer tissues samples. Affy SNP 6.0 array and Illumina CGH array. Is there anyone who knows the advantages & disadvantages of the two platforms?
