I want to calculate common method bias by using different techniques.I know only Harman single factor method, I want to calculate other methods Common Latent Factor / Common Marker Variable. could you please share some Video tutorial in doing Smart PLS / any other methods for this common method bias. please
For Common Method Bias, there are pre-data collection remedial procedures as well as post-data collection post hoc tests (Harman Signle Factor Method). If you have collected your data from different respondents or collected at different times then you usually don't need to apply post-hoc tests.
