I've found systems to calculate whether samples are clustered or randomly or homogeneously distributed on R and GIS but both of them use the samples on the edges to define the area where the samples belong, I would like them to use the quadrat as the defined area where the samples are. Is there a way to include the quadrant area on the calculations either on R or GIS or any other program?

Thank you
