Hello,

I am taking part in running a small clinical trial for depression. I am a student and this is my first research project.

As it stands now, it is a pilot study and therefore, no control. There is only one group (n = 10, may go higher provided budget savings, possibly up to 20).

We will test patients at baseline - 0 weeks [pre-medication], 6 weeks and 12 weeks using a variety of psychological scales (3-4 depression, 1 quality of life, 1 cognition).

Just want to confirm that repeated measure ANOVA is an appropriate measure for this task and ask if there is any other statistical measure i should consider?
