Using available data ,the median time from onset to clinical recovery for mild case approximately 2 weeks and 3 _6 weeks for patients with sever or critical disease. Are patients who recovered from COVID_19 immune from disease or may have viral relapse or re infection?

According to this study there is six major clades with 14 subclades because of this if we are infected with different clade we might have a viral relapse but if we are infected with the same clade we might not become ill because we have antibody for that clade.
I think it follows the same principle as that of dengue infection, where if we get infected with one serotype we are protected for the same but not against the other serotype.
Interestingly, the SARS-CoV-2 viral particles have been detected in patients' respiratory tracts recovered from COVID-19 - raising concern for potential SARS-CoV-2 virus reservoirs. In the human host after so called recovery. Relapse is more likely and post SARS CoV-2 conditions are not even fully discovered yet.
