My real-time PCRs are coming up with contaminated negative extracts and even some RFU's in the no-template control. I have bought new probes, primers, water and have cleaned everything from the water baths to the pipettes. I have even done my newest extractions in a different lab's clean spot with their pipettes and I still got some target template forming in my negative waters and NTC experiments. I don't know what else to do to get rid of the contamination. Any suggestions would be helpful.
